Uniting the World Through Music and Dance

June 26 & 27, 2015
Queens Theatre In the park
14 United Nations Avenue South in Flushing Meadows park
Corona New York, 11368

The World's Fair Salsa Congress will take place inside NYC's premier cultural institution, Queens Theatre in the Park, situated under the historic towers of the New York State Pavilion in Flushing Meadow Park (as seen in 'Men In Black' and 'Iron Man 2').  The distinguished event celebrates the "universal and international" spirit of the 1964 New York World's Fair with exhilarating performances from well-recognized and established performing arts companies along with workshops led by renowned dance instructors.  A children's and an international  presentation showcase along with social dancing, live music, and film screenings will also be featured in promoting the awareness and diversity of music and dance.

We are excited to be listed by the official New York City Department of Cultural Affairs (DCLA).  The DCLA is dedicated to supporting and strengthening New York City's vibrant cultural life.  We believe our motto of "Uniting The World Through Music
And Dance" is appropriately suited for this mission.

Frankie Martinez & the ABAKUA Afro-Latin Dance Company are scheduled to perform in the evening showcase Saturday June 27th
