1. ONCE THE MUSIC STARTS PRACTICE HAS BEGUN. PLEASE REMAIN SILENT AS YOU WARM UP. THIS TIME IS FOR LISTENING PRACTICE. MUSICAL UNDERSTANDING IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE

2. DURING TEACHER DEMONSTRATIONS AND EXPLANATIONS PLEASE REMAIN STILL AND ATTENTIVE. QUESTIONS AND PRACTICE TIMES WILL BE DESIGNATED BY THE TEACHER. ATTENTION IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. 

3. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IN INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED PRACTICE SENIOR PRACTITIONERS WILL STAND IN THE FRONT OF THE ROOM CLOSEST TO THE TEACHER. SENIOR PRACTITIONERS HAVE BEEN CHOSEN BY THE TEACHER AS EXAMPLES. IF ROOM REMAINS THE SPOTS CAN BE FILLED AS NECESSARY. RESPECT IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. 

4. PLEASE BE CONSCIOUS OF, AND COURTEOUS TO YOUR FELLOW PRACTITIONERS, ESPECIALLY THOSE BEHIND YOU. DO NOT STAND DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF A FELLOW PRACTITIONER IF POSSIBLE AND BE SENSITIVE TO THE AMOUNT OF SPACE AVAILABLE. SAFETY AND SIGHT LINES ARE OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. 

5. PLEASE WEAR COMFORTABLE FORM FITTING CLOTHING AND PLEASE DO NOT WEAR BULKY OR HIGH HEEL SHOES FOR PRACTICE. THE FLOOR IS OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. 

6. PLEASE INTRODUCE YOURSELF WHEN WORKING WITH A PARTNER AND THANK THEM AFTER ROTATION IS CALLED. DURING THAT TIME THEY ARE BOTH YOUR TEACHER AND STUDENT. COURTESY AND HUMILITY ARE OF GREAT IMPORTANCE. 

7. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO LAUGH AT  THE TEACHERS SILLY JOKES. THE TEACHERS FEELINGS....AND NOT TAKING OURSELVES TOO SERIOUSLY ARE OF GREAT IMPORTANCE.
